Modality:
Occupational Therapist
Shift: Days M-F, no weekend rotation
35 hours Mon - Fri
- 220 SNF setting & long term care
- Just minutes from downtown Norfolk and 10 minute drive to the beach/ocean
- Very cohesive rehab team that have been with us for years
- Modalities: ADL Training, Falls and Balance, Dysphagia, Vital Stim, Dementia Program, Rehab Dining, Contracture Management & Splinting, Seating & Positioning
- E-Doc via Net Health & iPads for each rehab team member
