Pay Rates:- PCA (Personal Care Aide): $15.00/hr
- Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant): $16.50/hr
- Earn a $0.50/hr raise after completing our paid training!

- A valid PCA or CNA certification
- A kind, respectful, and professional attitude
- Ability to follow care plans and communicate clearly
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Comfort adapting to different home settings
- Responsiveness via phone, text, and email
- Must pass a background check
