Sentara Leigh Hospital is hiring a Full‑time Night Shift Environmental Services Tech III (Floor Tech) to support the Environmental Services Department.

Full‑time, Night Shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., Monday through Friday, and working every other weekend and every other major holiday.

Norfolk, VA

Responsible for maintenance of floors. Practices safe work habits through the appropriate use of chemicals, various equipment and cleaning applications to include: mopping, scouring, scrubbing, stripping and polishing. Cross‑trained to EST I competencies in order to provide cleaning duties when necessary.

1 year of housekeeping/ESD experience required in lieu of a high‑school education.

• Less than a year of experience as an Environmental Associate required
• 1 year of housekeeping/ESD experience

Sentara Leigh Hospital, located in Norfolk, VA, is a 274‑bed acute care facility that opened in 1903 and relocated to its present site in 1977.
