Key Responsibilities:
Manage loan pipelines in collaboration with a stateside teammate Review underwriting loan approvals and coordinate requests for conditions Review US financial and loan documentation for completeness and accuracy
Required Qualifications:
Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines Ability to handle high production stress and meet tight deadlines
Experience with mortgage closings
Experience with Encompass, Blend, and Salesforce is a plus but not required
