Key Responsibilities Develop credit strategies using data, machine learning models, and advanced analytics tools to optimize risk decisions Lead end-to-end risk and analytics strategy for credit card products, including underwriting policies and portfolio optimization Conduct ad-hoc analysis related to risk management and analyze portfolio performance to identify trends
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics with relevant experience;
Master's degree may substitute for some experience Experience managing credit or fraud risk in the consumer lending industry; consumer credit card experience is a plus Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau; knowledge of R and Knowledge Seeker is a plus Strong analytical skills and experience using machine learning and statistical models Curiosity and a growth mindset, with a willingness to learn new tools and methodologies
