Location: Onsite in Norfolk, VA

Salary: $75-100K

• Execute and oversee trades for client portfolios, with a strong focus on fixed income securities.
• Monitor portfolio performance and make adjustments to optimize outcomes.
• Support both equity and fixed income trading efforts.
• Present market commentary and portfolio insights in firm meetings.
• Collaborate with the Investment Committee on strategic initiatives.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field.
• Experience:
  
  1–5 years in an investment-related role (recent grads with strong analytical skills welcome!).
• CFA Aspirations:
  Candidates pursuing or planning to pursue the CFA designation are strongly preferred.
• Skills:
  • Detail-oriented and organized—especially for manual fixed income trading.
  • Strong Excel proficiency;
    Bloomberg experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
