AR Billing & Briefing Manager

Assist the finance and accounting department with billing, tracking, and collections of accounts due and reconciling conflicts. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Assist in the development of solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work under general supervision. Provide guidance for less experienced team members. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

• 5+ years of experience managing government or commercial projects, including project setup, invoicing, cash collection, and program support.
• 2+ years of experience directly leading and managing government contracts and change management.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including V‑Lookups and Pivot Tables to analyze large amounts of data.
• Knowledge of compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley, including supporting key controls and processes, leading remediation activities, and internal controls testing.
• Knowledge of the full contract life cycle and its financial impact across other organizations.
• Ability to lead and manage high‑performance teams who can work independently and in a cross‑functional environment.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Experience with Costpoint.
• Experience with GSA ASSIST and Power BI.
• Possession of excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Salary for this position is estimated at $62,000.00 to $ (annualized USD) and the posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
