Financial Analyst / Lifecycle Manager (On‑Site)

• Provide Shipboard Multipurpose Copier Program (SMCP) support, working with internal and external clients, third‑party vendors, and the Chief Information Officer (CIO) to accomplish program objectives, including tracking onboard equipment, training, and pre‑deployment supply requirements.
• Facilitate program delivery decisions and communicate funding requirements with the CIO.
• Execute vendor processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts and support equipment.
• Develop CNSL N6 financial requirements with budget analysis and report findings to the N6 government lead, using automated financial tools to analyze and track funding documents for CNSL Headquarters Information Technology and command and control systems.
• Draft, review, and submit financial documents issued by Budget Activity/Functional Program, ensuring consistency with budget formulation and execution processes.
• Identify deviations and resolve variances through coordination with the Comptroller and N43, providing quarterly updates to the N6 government lead.
• Monitor CNSL N6 funds, create a fiscal tracking spreadsheet, analyze underperforming N6 programs, and recommend efficient use of funds.

• Five (5) years of experience in budgeting/finance/accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management (experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree).
• Active Secret Clearance required.

• Prior experience in Navy Logistics, Accounting, or Ship Maintenance is desirable.
