You will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products with sound professional judgment, timely service, and effective customer interactions.

• Maintain sensitive customer information securely.
• Use professional resources and government websites to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via Smartlook video communications software.
• Provide tax advice, full-service business return preparation, product/software inquiries, tax calculations, and filing extensions.
• Document customer interactions and meet key performance metrics.
• Participate in pilot testing, projects, and experience validations as needed.

• 3+ years of business tax preparation experience, 20+ clients per season.
• 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, 30+ returns per year.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three days.
• Bookkeeping experience is strongly preferred.
• Active PTIN and ability to obtain state licenses or certificates.
• Knowledge of Circular 230 and strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking, and problem solving.
• Must reside in the United States and have secure internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.

Expected base pay range varies by location. For example:
Bay Area California $31.10 - $35.50 per hour;
Southern California $31.10 - $35.50;
Colorado $29.60 - $34.10;
Hawaii $31.10 - $35.50;
Illinois $29.60 - $34.10;
Maryland $29.60 - $34.10;
Massachusetts $31.10 - $35.50;
Minnesota $26.60 - $33.80;
New Jersey $31.10 - $35.50;
New York $31.10 - $35.50;
Ohio $26.60 - $33.80;
Vermont $29.60 - $34.10;
Washington $31.10 - $35.50;
Washington DC $29.60 - $34.10.
