Key Responsibilities Define and execute the long-term Advanced Manufacturing & Automation strategy Act as the primary interface between Engineering, Operations, Product, and Quality teams for advanced manufacturing initiatives Direct the design, validation, and integration of new automation systems and manufacturing technologies
Required Qualifications 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Automation, with at least 5 years in leadership roles Proven experience in developing and scaling automated manufacturing systems Deep expertise in factory automation and process engineering Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing) Background in regulated or precision industries is preferred
