Required Qualifications BA/BS degree in a Technology or related field with 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience 8+ years of design experience with ICT infrastructure Experience in Project Management Proficiency in various software products related to ICT design Understanding of permitting and regulatory processes for telecom projects
