This role will have full responsibility for one or more major design-build projects and will oversee employees working at the jobsite.
Primary Responsibilities- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 15 years experience as a Project Manager or Project Executive overseeing heavy civil structures design-build projects (e.g., bridges, highways, transit, toll roads), with project values exceeding $500 million.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills to persuade and work well with all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and monitor projects.
