What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects across various disciplines
- Act as the main point of contact for BIM-related questions and concerns within the project team
- Participate in beta testing of tools and procedures specific to the employer
- Strategize with project managers on model setup configurations and project scope requirements
- Review working models and PDF deliverables for compliance with modeling and documentation standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM or related fields, with 10 years preferred
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in Revit with a focus on project setup and model management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Associate degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing content specific to the employer's tools and procedures
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in producing technical plans and models
- Ability to troubleshoot Revit/design software issues independently
- Experience in leading training and education needs for BIM/Virtual Design tools
- Background in managing project folder organization and file sharing between disciplines
