Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, Code 24 is responsible for program management, engineering, technical, and logistics support for HM&E systems and equipment on U.S. Navy Submarines.
Job Description- The contractor shall provide general program management support which includes planning, estimating and budgeting, scheduling, tracking and reporting on progress, as well as quality assurance.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business from an accredited university and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Ten (10) years of experience in the performance of project management, contract management, budgeting, scheduling, planning, estimating, progress tracking, and planning related to HM&E systems onboard U.S. Navy Submarine programs and projects.
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- A secret security clearance
