We are currently seeking team members for the following roles:
Lead Teacher, Assistant teacher.

• Plan and implement engaging and educational activities and lessons.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Communicate effectively with parents and co‑workers.
• Observe and document children’s progress and development.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
• Help each child reach developmental milestones.

• High School diploma.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• CPR/First Aid certification – if not completed, we will provide this training within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to pass a Background Check (Fingerprint) and CPS (Child Protective Service) Check in VA or out of state if less than 5 years.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in early childhood education or related field.
• Hold CDA or other associate’s degree or higher.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Current Medication Administration Training (MAT).
