  • Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in‑person or virtual meetings to support applicants through each step of the admissions process
  • Achieve and maintain enrollment goals by leading through personal performance
  • Guide students from initial inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, and follow‑up

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate’s or higher degree preferred
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios
  • One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for profit), post‑secondary educational setting preferred
  • Skill set:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, willing to learn new systems
  • A positive, team‑oriented approach and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed

We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package that supports your personal and professional well‑being. Full‑time employees are eligible for the following benefits:

  • 401(k) with company match
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance

    Life insurance options
