  • Option 1 (Days):
    Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  • Option 2 (Nights):
    Monday – Thursday 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Compensation

USD $33.65 per hour and above, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

Key Duties
  • Provide engaging and effective teaching in aircraft maintenance principles while developing curricula that aligns with industry standards.
  • Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and offers individualized support to enhance student success.
  • Overseeуге administrative responsibilities, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Job Responsibilities
  • Teach classes on a scheduled basis, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment that fosters student engagement and enhances learning in aircraft maintenance chemistry.
  • Collaborate with the Program Coordinator, Campus Director of Education, and Campus Executive Director to develop and refine curriculum, prepare course materials, and schedule classes, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom and laboratory environment, ensuring all  and equipment are properly maintained for student use.
  • Establish and maintain accurate academic and attendance records for each student, submitting attendance, grades, evaluations, and other documentation as required by institutional procedures.
  • Proactively notify the Supervisor of any current or potential issues that require immediate attention and implement proven retention techniques to support student success.
  • Complete assigned performance‑based teacher education modules, participate in classroom observations and instructor evaluations, and respond to student feedback to enhance instructional effectiveness.
  • Attend and/or lead in‑service training sessions, faculty meetings, and other mandatory gatherings to ensure ongoing professional development and collaboration with peers.
  • Assist in managing the inventory of department equipment and supplies, submitting replenishment requests to the Supervisor or other appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Monitor student attendance closely, alerting the Supervisor to any absences, particularly at the first, third, and fifth occurrences, to address potential retention issues.
  • Complete other tasks and projects as assigned by the Supervisor, contributing to the overall success of the aircraft套路keep maintenance program.
Required Qualifications
  • FAA Airframe or Powerplant Mechanic Certificate
  • Minimum three (3) years of hands‑on experience in aircraft maintenance* (special considerations will be given for more diverse experience)
  • High School Diploma or doctoral
  • Strong command of both theoretical and practical aspects of aircraft maintenance, with contemporary knowledge and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven, and compliance‑oriented educational setting.
