Saint Patrick Catholic School is currently seeking an Assistant Baseball Coach to work 3-4 afternoons/evenings a week for Middle School.

Founded in 2005, Saint Patrick Catholic School (Norfolk, Virginia) is an independent Catholic school with an enrollment of approximately 400 students in grades pre-kindergarten through eight. • Uphold the school’s vision of being authentically Catholic and warmly ecumenical
• Promote a culture of respect for all members of the community
• Exhibit professionalism, positive relationships, and appropriate communication with all members of the community

• Serve as the Assistant Baseball Coach for student athletes
• Become knowledgeable on rules and regulations
• Set up and take down instructional equipment and ensure the area is safe for all participants
• Supervise student athletes, including while traveling with the team in vans
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, possess strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate leadership, sportsmanship, professionalism, and serve as a positive role model in these capacities
• Must maintain high energy and enthusiasm
• Strong time-management skills
• Authorized to work in the United States

• Baseball coaching experience, working in a school setting desired
• First aid/CPR certification is a plus

• Competitive pay based on experience
