Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Physician to provide medical evaluations and treatments in a Physical Therapy/Rehab setting for adult and adolescent patients.
Responsibilities- The MD will work in a local travel role, covering 3 days weekly in Norfolk/Va Beach/Portsmouth and 2 days in Newport News.
- Responsibilities include performing physical exams, developing treatment plans, monitoring patients, and collaborating with clinicians, primarily in Orthopedics, Personal Injury, and Workers' Compensation cases.
- Instruct patients on treatments and medications, provide follow-up care, and work closely with support staff.
Benefits include a salary of $205,000-$230,000, mileage reimbursement, health benefits, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) with matching, and company-paid malpractice insurance.
Requirements- Requirements include a medical license (or in process), comfort working in a busy outpatient setting, and availability Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM, with no weekends or on-call duties.
