Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants! Our DePaul Medical Associates practice on Kingsley Lane in Norfolk is ADDING a NP/PA to the team! This is a growth position as the practice continues to grow! Patients need excellent compassionate care - and YOU could be the one!
Ideal candidate is an experienced primary care APC provider adept at providing care in a high volume practice. At least 3 years as an RN and a focus on primary care training rotations in your master's program is also required if you have no practice experience.
- Family Medicine practice - all ages seen by our team
- BLS - ACLS and PALS are required
- Current unrestricted Virginia License and Board Certification or Board Eligibility required
- Mentorship is available in the practice - team is 5 MD and 2 APC currently.
- Start date will be 120 days after having a signed offer

Hours:
M-F 7:30a - 4:30p - Call Schedule - Phone Only - Every 6 weeks for 1 week of home-call only
- No hospital responsibility - 100% outpatient
- Our team is seeing 24 +/- patients per day average for established providers - there is a ramp period for new providers
- Lab, EKG, Oxygen, POC, Hearing/Vision screening - new X-Ray coming in 2026
- This position offers a collaborative and supportive environment focused on continuity of care, high-quality outcomes, and professional growth. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in primary care but we are open to a new grad. Proven success managing a continuity panel of patients. Comfortable with complex adult and geriatric patients. Strong communication and documentation skills. Thrives in a collaborative, team-based model.

Relocation Allowance / Reimbursement of up to $5,000 is available if relocation is over 50 radius miles
$3,000 annually for CME
32 days annually of front-loaded ATO - prorated if less than a year
Guaranteed Base Compensation - PLUS eligibility for additional bonus for attaining wRVU productivity threshold and group quality goals
