About the Practice
Located in Norfolk, VA, Little Creek Family Dental is a modern, patient-focused practice offering comprehensive care in a welcoming environment. With 8 operatories, advanced technology, and over 6,000 active patients, we recently expanded in 2025 and maintain a 99% collection rate with a PPO/FFS patient base.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and clinically confident Associate Dentist with an interest in future ownership
. This is a full-time opportunity to work alongside a supportive and experienced team, with the chance to become a long-term leader within the office.
As the ideal candidate, you will be someone who values integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning. A strong interest in performing more advanced procedures, such as surgery, RCTs, Invisalign, and implant placement, is highly desired.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality general dentistry with a “quality over quantity” approach
- Perform a broad range of procedures (restorative, surgical, cosmetic, and implant dentistry)
- Build relationships with a loyal and growing patient base
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of assistants, hygienists, and fellow doctors
- Maintain autonomy in treatment planning with clinical and business mentorship
What We’re Looking For
- DMD/DDS from an accredited dental school
- 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred (motivated new grads with 1+ year welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in or willingness to learn implant placement, RCTs, surgery, and Invisalign
