This position requires you to reside within 75 miles of Norfolk, VA.

Do you have a passion for helping others and providing peace of mind? You will ensure customer data is accurately entered and compliant. Whether answering customer inquiries promptly, consulting on products with compassion, or resolving issues with a smile, you'll make the difference between an average and an exceptional customer experience.

• Fulfill customer requests with the appropriate supplies/materials
• Receive, unload, check, and stock new transponder inventory, supplies, and customer materials, and retrieve items for distribution as needed
• Research to provide answers that resolve customer issues

• At least 6 months of data entry experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
• Computer proficiency
• Data entry skills at 35 wpm
