Overview
Sigma Defense is currently seeking a Multimedia Design Specialist to create Instructional Media Materials (IMM) in support of content development/revision efforts.

- Create Instructional Media Materials (IMM) in support of content development/revision efforts.
- IMM products may include PowerPoint graphics, digital images, animations, videography, graphics, and digital images that enrich the student learning experience.
Education
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Graphic Design, Communication, or related field of study.
- May be substituted with 5+ years of documented, recent work experience.
Experience
- 3+ years of demonstrable experience as a graphic designer using both Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Software products to develop multimedia content.
- 3+ years of experience developing IMI at the Interactive Courseware (ICW)

-3, and 4 Levels. - Experience in developing courseware that is, at a minimum, SCORM 4.1, HTML5, and section 508 compliant; this includes cradle to grave support in the development, acceptance, and hosting of content on a Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) Approved Learning Management System (LMS).
- Must be a U.S. citizen.

Security Clearance
- Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active TS/SCI w/ FS Poly security clearance.
- Clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $92,000 annually.
