Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep experience in vertical commercial construction
. Ideal candidates will have contributed to large-scale construction projects such as mid-rise buildings, high-rise buildings, data centers, or distribution centers
.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial construction management experience
- Experience managing medium to large projects ($20M+)
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to organize project teams to meet project goals
- Effective contract management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in BIM, Primavera, Excel, Word, MS Project
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Well-rounded knowledge of all construction disciplines
- Strong prioritization and organizational capabilities
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Willing to travel occasionally
- Base Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 (USD)
- Full-Time Position
- Relocation Assistance: Possible for the ideal candidate
