Structural Steel Superintendent

💰 Compensation: $120k–160k
Why This Role MattersThis position is central to leading multiple commercial and industrial structural steel projects across the Mid‑Atlantic. By driving safety, quality, and scheduling standards, you’ll ensure site teams are aligned, efficient, and delivering at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise 3–5 structural steel projects simultaneously
- Oversee site health, safety, quality, and scheduling compliance
- Act as the main communication link between foremen, project teams, and leadership
- Review drawings, specifications, and materials for accuracy and execution
- Coordinate deliveries and collaborate with other trades to keep projects on track
- Troubleshoot site issues, manage RFIs, and oversee as‑builts
- 5–10+ years of experience in steel erection or construction supervision
- Proven background as a superintendent in commercial/industrial projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience leading multiple sites
- Knowledge of structural steel, commercial construction, and site equipment (transits, laser levels, etc.)
- Proactive, safety‑first mindset with strong problem‑solving ability
- Growth‑oriented and able to adapt to fast‑moving project pipelines
