Job DescriptionThe individual in this position is expected to perform duties within the Transportation and Parking Services Department with the primary responsibility being to write citations on vehicles found in violation of University Transportation and Parking Services regulations. The individual will disseminate parking and other directory information while in the field and occasionally work special events.
Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
- Working knowledge of mobile devices (e.g. iPads) and associated software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Some experience in a customer relations type position.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret parking regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to work outside during inclement weather conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to lift 20 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to read and write the English language.
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
Education or TrainingNone
Level and Type of ExperienceSome experience in a customer relations type position.

Annual Salary/Hourly RateSalary is commensurate with education and experience and begins at $14.62.
