Shift: There are two shifts available: 8:00 am‑5:00 pm EST & 11:00 am‑8:00 pm EST

The Sales Assistant I is responsible for general administrative support to group or individual sales force (i.e., typing, filing, faxing, and mailing).

• Answer incoming phone calls for sales staff with courtesy and efficiency by taking accurate messages and/or routing calls properly.
• Prepare and log proposals.
• Maintain supplies.
• Research and resolve routine sales, claims and benefit issues.
• Assemble and distribute open enrollment packets. Gather, input, and track sales data.
• Generate sales reports.

Requires a high school diploma or a GED equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

• Specialty Pharmacy experience.
• Call center experience.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary range for this specific position is $19.10 - 28.65.
