Nuclear Consultation Command and Control Coordinator Secretary (NC3) Responsibilities:
• Support the NC3 Program Director by maintaining up-to-date understanding of program and project planning and execution.
• Experience seamlessly managing engagements and communication with various program parties.
• Coordinate and manage iCMO information and knowledge management tools (e.g., SharePoint, EDMS, TRANSNET, mailboxes).
• Support training, course coordination, IT account access, equipment setup, and other onboarding Responsibilities. Nuclear Consultation Command and Control Coordinator Secretary (NC3)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience and at least an associate’s degree or higher.
• Deep understanding/work experience in administration and management tasks.
• Experience supporting multinational/international organizations or security-related organizations (NATO preferred).
• Experience in a management/coordinator role within a portfolio, program, or project management environment. Compensation: $115,000 - $150,000
