Solvere Technical Group LLC is a professional services provider, founded in 2017. We are currently looking for a responsible Administrative Specialist to perform a variety of administrative, clerical, and purchasing tasks.

Job Description:
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and purchasing of supplies.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic records.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to support projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Shall identify materials, equipment, and supplies needed for procurement.
  • Maintain a status report on all materials, equipment, and supplies being procured.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Education:

    No minimum education requirement.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
