Office and Data Assistant
Job Summary
Under the Office Manager's leadership, this position provides administrative support to the Student Accountability & Academic Integrity staff. It is responsible for placing calls to students, entering cases into Maxient, scheduling appointments, creating reports, and resolving customer service questions.
Responsibilities- Place calls to students.
- Enter cases into Maxient.
- Schedule appointments.
- Create reports.
- Resolve customer service questions.
- Ability to read, understand, interpret, and communicate University policies & procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and online software.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and understand laws/regulations regarding student records.
- Exceptional organization, time management, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Some experience providing customer service in an office or professional setting.
- Preferred experience working with students and faculty in a college or university setting.
- Some experience providing administrative support.
Hourly employees are restricted to working 29 hours per week on average or 1500 hours in total in the May 1 – April 30 period. This position does not provide health insurance, retirement, or leave.
SalaryHourly rate: $14.62 (non‑negotiable).
