The Administrative Manager is a senior administrative role responsible for overseeing operational, business, and administrative support functions. This position provides leadership in workflow management, financial tracking, documentation oversight, and organizational coordination. The role supports senior leadership and ensures efficient execution of administrative processes across departments.
General Duties:- Develop and implement administrative procedures and process improvements.
- Prepare, review, and ensure quality control of reports, documents, and presentations.
- Coordinate communications, schedules, meetings, and operational activities.
- Support budget development, financial tracking, cost analysis, and procurement documentation.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and task delegation to administrative personnel.
- Maintain administrative records, logs, and documentation repositories.
- Support project schedules, milestones, and administrative deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with administrative policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to support organizational operations.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in administrative management, business operations, or related areas.
Competencies:
- Strong administrative and organizational management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and mentor administrative staff.
- Experience with financial tracking and business operations.
