- Lead and review complex income tax returns for high‑net‑worth individuals, trusts, and a diverse client base.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach tax staff, including managing project schedules and team development.
- Conduct technical tax research and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying planning and advisory opportunities.
- Play an active role in maintaining service quality and supporting business development efforts.
