Accounting Clerk

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk. This candidate will play a key role in managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Your expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and your attention to detail will be invaluable in maintaining efficient accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable processes, including verifying invoices and handling payments.

- Oversee accounts receivable tasks such as tracking incoming payments and reconciling accounts.

- Enter data efficiently and accurately into accounting systems.

- Process invoices in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Monitor financial transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless accounting operations.

- Maintain organized files and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.

Requirements

- Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.

- Ability to process invoices and maintain compliance with company standards.

- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Strong analytical abilities for resolving financial discrepancies.

- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.
