Qualified Social Worker needed for our Children with Disabilities Team in West & Breckland , paying £38 ph!

Norfolk is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities (CWD) West and Breckland Team on a temporary basis for a minimum of three months.

Our CWD service supports children and young people aged 0–18 with substantial and permanent disabilities, ensuring they and their families receive the right support at the right time.

• Holding and managing a caseload of children and young people with disabilities
• Completing assessments and identifying areas of need
• Developing and reviewing appropriate support packages
• Working collaboratively with CWD Occupational Therapists and CWD Outreach services
• Supporting children and young people to access equal opportunities alongside their non-disabled peers
• Working within statutory frameworks and maintaining high-quality case recording
