The Role:

Retail Leadership and Performance Accelerator

You'll be joining their expansion across Norfolk and Suffolk as a future Store Manager. This is a proper development role where you'll learn the full spectrum of retail management; from sales techniques to the latest technology, stock control to customer relationship building.

The best part? You'll be working locally. They'll place you in stores convenient to where you live, with your own defined patch across their growing network.

What Your Day Looks Like

Building lasting relationships with their loyal local customer base
Spotting sales opportunities and creating memorable customer experiences
Exploring B2B opportunities across their wider product range
Supporting store operations including stock management and sales admin
Mastering new technology and retail systems through hands-on training
Working alongside experienced Store Managers who'll mentor your development
The Essentials

Location:

Norfolk & Suffolk (assigned to your local area)

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm

Contract:

Full-time, permanent

You'll need:
Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
