Location: North Norfolk
Are you a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with 3-5 years experience?
Do you feel that you have the experience to supervise a team?
Are you comfortable with both electrical and mechanical work?
As a Maintenance Engineer Supervisor your duties will include:
* Combining technical competence with strong interpersonal skills, you will have clear communication, empathy, and a willingness to share knowledge.
* Your Key Traits involve adaptability to changing project requirements, proactive problem-solving, and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment rather than focusing solely on individual output.
* Communicating complex ideas and thorough documentation are essential for alignment and reducing misunderstandings.
* The ability to navigate shifting priorities, handle feedback openly, and remain productive under pressure.
* Being reliable, helpful, and fostering a positive team culture, which is as valued as technical skill.
* The installation of new plant and/or relocation of existing plant in a timely manner so that project timelines are met
* Fault finding and undertaking improvements as necessary.
* Planned Maintenance, to minimise down time and loss of production.
* Undertaking projects across the business to ensure that production can be maintained, and where appropriate improved upon.
The ideal Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will:
* Have experience in a similar role within a food/FMCG manufacturing environment
* Be comfortable with both electrical and mechanical work
* Want to be an integral team player, helping up and down the chain of command
* Drive. The location is remote, free on-site parking available.
Hours
48 hours a week on an lternating shift pattern.
Week 1:
Monday-Friday. 7am-5.10pm
Week 2:
Tuesday-Friday. 8.50am-7pm and Saturday 7am-5.10pm
