We’re on the lookout for a people-loving, client-championing lead who can juggle direct client support with operational leadership & keeping an awesome team running smoothly. You’ll help manage a dedicated team of support workers in 2 of our houses in Cromer, build strong relationships with clients and their Circles of Support, and work closely with the Operations Manager to drive performance across:

• Client engagement and planning
• Staff development and supervision
• Rostering & service coordination
• Incident management and safeguarding

• Rallying a team of Community Support Workers like a seasoned coach—guiding, motivating, and setting them up for success.
• Leading by example—person‑centred, active support isn’t just a phrase, it’s a mindset.
• Helping the team deliver and document support that aligns with clients’ goals, dreams, and preferences.
• Working with the Operations Manager to roll out policies, procedures, and knowledge that help everyone shine.

• Proven leadership experience in disability services
• Skill in keeping a team organized and on track.
• A solid understanding of disability support needs.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with empathy and efficiency.
