Senior Care Support Worker – Swallowtail Place, Acle.

£14.51 Per Hour

31.5 Hours Per Week

Monday - Sunday. Shift Patterns - 21:00-07:00

You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and demonstrate a natural ability to lead, supervise and motivate others. Working closely with the Senior team you will support day‑to‑day staff management including coordinating short‑notice staff cover, handovers, inductions for new starters, and recording/reporting staff performance as required. Alongside this you will set an example through high‑quality, person‑centred care enabling our residents to make informed choices and supporting their independence and dignity in line with their care plan.

You will provide peace of mind visits to residents throughout the, administer medication, undertake light domestic tasks, and participate in wellbeing activities that enable a safe and fun environment.
