Base pay range

Prime Life is looking for a talented and passionate individual to lead and manage our residential care home in the heart of Norfolk. This role will require registration with CQC.

Our home, Brackendale House, is a 14‑bed all single‑room residential care home for clients with mental health needs requiring dignified support. Candidates must be patient, understanding and respectful of our residents’ individual abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and support your team, ensuring high quality of care and service is always provided to all residents
  • Ensure care plans are regularly reviewed and that continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents’ care is performed
  • Have full oversight of all financial aspects within the home, including management of budgets
  • Ensure each resident’s dignity and independence is always preserved and promoted
  • Encourage each resident to achieve the highest possible quality of life that is right for them
  • Encourage and assist residents to participate in any discussion relating to their daily living arrangements
Qualifications and experience

To be successful within this role, you’ll have a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference for our residents. Prior experience within a similar role is essential, together with a relevant Health and Social Care qualification, ideally at Management Level
5. Experience of liaising with Local Authorities, CQC and other external agencies regarding residents’ care is highly sought after.
