Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor

Location: North Norfolk

Rate: £260 per day

IR35 Determination: Outside IR35

Working Pattern & Contract Length: 6-month contract, offering flexible working of 3 to 5 days a week.

The Role: Are you an asbestos surveyor looking for a new contract opportunity? We are seeking a qualified professional to join us for an anticipated 6-month contract in the North Norfolk region.

This role offers the chance to work on a stable portfolio of residential projects. You will be taking samples of suspected Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) and documenting the properties in accordance with HSG
264 guidelines.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• You must hold the BOHS P402 qualification (or RSPH/UKATA equivalent).
• You must be highly experienced in working under your own initiative, managing your own weekly workload, and submitting reports in a timely manner.
