We are seeking a passionate and resilient SEMH Teacher to work within a specialist provision in Norfolk.
You will play a vital role in supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs to achieve both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
- Implement trauma‑informed and restorative approaches
- Build strong relationships to support emotional growth
- Track and monitor academic and behavioural progress
- QTS required
- SEMH or alternative provision experience desirable
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Resilient and nurturing approach
