We are recruiting an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a Norfolk school.
Responsibilities- Support individual pupils and small groups
- Assist in implementing EHCP and support plans
- Encourage independence and engagement
- Provide emotional and academic support
- Experience supporting SEN pupils preferred
- Patient and empathetic approach
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS required
