As a Nurture Teacher, you will:
- Lead small nurture groups focused on emotional development, communication and social skills
- Deliver differentiated activities aligned with therapeutic and academic goals
- Provide a safe, consistent and predictable environment
- Support pupils with emotional regulation, transitions and confidence building
- Model relational practice and trauma informed approaches
- Work as part of a wider team supporting children in Badersfield, Norfolk
- QTS / QTLS or similar teaching qualification
- Knowledge of nurture principles, SEMH and trauma informed practice
- A calm, compassionate and emotionally resilient manner
- Patience and consistency when working with young people with complex needs
- Strong communication, relational and de-escalation skills
- Transport to commute to the rural setting in Badersfield, Norfolk
