A highly supportive specialist setting in Badersfield, Norfolk is seeking a warm, emotionally attuned Nurture Teacher to lead small-group provision for pupils who need additional relational, social and emotional support. As a Nurture Teacher, you will:

• Lead small nurture groups focused on emotional development, communication and social skills
• Deliver differentiated activities aligned with therapeutic and academic goals
• Provide a safe, consistent and predictable environment
• Support pupils with emotional regulation, transitions and confidence building
• Model relational practice and trauma informed approaches
• Work as part of a wider team supporting children in Badersfield, Norfolk

• QTS / QTLS or similar teaching qualification
• Knowledge of nurture principles, SEMH and trauma informed practice
• A calm, compassionate and emotionally resilient manner
• Patience and consistency when working with young people with complex needs
• Strong communication, relational and de-escalation skills
• Transport to commute to the rural setting in Badersfield, Norfolk
