Senior Architectural Technician/ Technologist
Location:
North Norfolk Salary: £38-46,000 DOE

A dynamic and fast-growing architectural practice in North Norfolk is seeking a Chartered Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist to join their team. The practice combines thoughtful design with innovative technology and sustainable solutions, delivering projects across residential, commercial, and bespoke sectors. Revit, BIM modelling, and Sketch Up Pro advantageous Highly motivated, proactive, and professional with excellent communication skills Strong organisational, time management, and collaborative abilities Resourceful, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work Daily Duties:
Supporting the managing director and the creative design team Producing full planning and construction drawings and specification packages Preparing tender packages and coordinating specialist consultants Conducting on-site surveys and producing record or as-built drawings Carrying out risk assessments and compliance checks for pre-construction Liaising with statutory authorities, suppliers, subcontractors, site managers, and fabricators Supporting the construction team, including contracts directors and site managers Contributing to the smooth delivery of design-driven residential and bespoke projects
