As a Customer Service Advisor
, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers – whether they’re seeking help, making a complaint, or just looking for information. Your ability to listen, empathise, and offer practical solutions will help shape a positive experience and lasting impression of our company.
You’ll need to be confident, quick-thinking, and tech-savvy, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What You Will Do:- Handling enquiries and call-backs via phone, email, and live chat
- Providing accurate information on products, services, and current promotions
- Processing refunds, exchanges, and web-based returns
- Monitoring and flagging potential fraudulent activity
- Resolving disputes efficiently and professionally
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth communication
- Supporting admin and order fulfilment processes
- Contributing to a positive, friendly, and proactive team culture
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Positive, can-do attitude with a friendly tone
- Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and digital platforms
- Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Previous experience in customer service or fast-paced roles is desirable
- Team player who can also work independently when needed
- Hybrid working, 3 days in the office
