The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Supervisor to oversee works on a secure industrial infrastructure site in the King’s Lynn area. This is a key supervisory role requiring strong leadership, a safety-first mindset, and proven experience managing civils activities in controlled, high-compliance environments.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for supervising site activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervising day-to-day civils operations on site

* Managing site teams and subcontractors

* Ensuring works are carried out in line with RAMS, permits, and site procedures

* Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times

* Liaising with site management, engineers, and stakeholders

* Monitoring progress and reporting on programme and productivity

* Ensuring quality control and compliance with industry regulations

Essential Requirements

* Valid AP (Appointed Person) ticket – essential

* Proven experience as a Civils Supervisor on industrial or infrastructure projects

* Strong understanding of safe systems of work in high-risk environments

* Ability to lead teams effectively and manage site pressures

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* SMSTS / SSSTS

* First Aid (preferred)
