The purpose of this position is to perform routine and extensive range of work in the repair and general maintenance of college facilities, buildings and equipment under general supervision. This position provides assistance to other physical plant staff and performs all other duties as assigned. Willing to be available at off hours as needed for increased workloads and emergencies. Develop and maintain a good relationship with the campus community and students.
- Perform electrical and plumbing work related to refrigeration and temperature control equipment.
- Repair and replacement of existing electrical fixtures and completing repairs on minor equipment.
- Basic HVAC knowledge.
This position is a Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.
-5:00 p.m. position.
