We are looking for skilled, professional Registered Nurses for permanent full-time and temporary on-call RN positions. In this role you will be an integral part of our Behavioral Health Division and provide critical care to adult patients with mental illness at Norfolk Regional Center (NRC).

Registered Nurses perform general nursing duties including:
* Assessment
* Documentation
* Patient interventions
* Case management
* Medical administration
* Review of doctors' orders
* Arranging for lab protocols
* May lead/direct the work of other nurses and/or paraprofessional staff
Starting Pay Rate:
Starting pay rate of $51.336/hour plus additional $3/hour facility differential pay plus shift differential pay available to new hires.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position available working a rotating schedule of 8 hour and 12 hours shifts on both 1st shift (7am - 3pm) and 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm), working every 3rd weekend.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska.
Other:
Consideration will be given to applicants who will receive a degree / license within 90 days of application date. Candidates must obtain licensure prior to employment. Valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation.
Ability to: be flexible and adapt to rapidly changing situations. Maintain professional boundaries and therapeutic working relationships. Work and function as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.
