• Analyze employee’s abilities and utilize their strengths to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Provide leadership and guidance to employees along with Supervisor.
• Meeting the production goals set forth by management.
• Communicate to the supervisor and staff on areas concerning safety, quality, policies and procedures, and productivity issues.
• Develop and promote teamwork throughout the shift including working with other Supervisors and/or other Assistant Supervisors and employees in all shifts.
• Promote NIM's Values and encourage a positive culture.
