As a controls engineer on our team, you will support and improve automation systems across multiple Wisconsin manufacturing sites, focusing on system reliability, performance optimization, and data-driven operations. This role involves programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining control and networking systems while collaborating with engineering, operations, and IT teams on upgrades and expansions.

MUST HAVE

• BS in a related field
• 3+ years of controls engineering experience within manufacturing environments
• Allen Bradley PLCs and Logix programming
• HMI development Factory Talk, Aveva, or other

NICE TO HAVE

• Food processing, dairy, or beverage manufacturing industry experience
  
  Project management experience
